Regarding Deliveries

Dear Residents,
It has come to our attention that many residents who order delivery foods and goods allowed the delivery personnel to go up into the unit via videophone access.
We would like to remind all residents that in accordance with The St. Moritz House Rules & Regulations Section A.1, stating: All takeout food delivery must be received at the Lobby. No delivery to your unit will be allowed. Parcels and packages must be collected by the residents themselves at the Lobby. 

All residents are required to receive all deliveries at the Lobby and never allow any outsiders go up without your companion. We emphasize this matter in view of your security and safety. This is to prevent any unwanted situation. 

The St. Moritz Property Management Staffs have the right to deny access to all guests and unknown person from going up to any unit.
If you have any helpers (e.g., maid or driver) that regularly come in and out of your unit, you may register them at Customer Service Desk at your respective tower lobby and apply for Maid or Driver Card.

Considering the importance of this matter, we call for cooperation from all residents.

Menjadi perhatian kami bahwa banyak penghuni yang memesan makanan dan barang dari luar mempersilakan petugas pengantar untuk naik ke unit lewat akses videophone.
Kami ingatkan bahwa sesuai dengan Peraturan & Tata Tertib The St. Moritz Bab A.1, dinyatakan: Semua pengiriman makanan harus diterima di lobby. Pengiriman ke unit Anda tidak diperkenankan. Parsel dan paket harus diambil oleh Penghuni sendiri di lobby.

Seluruh penghuni diwajibkan menerima antaran di lobby dan jangan memperbolehkan orang tidak dikenal naik tanpa dikawal pihak penghuni. Kami tekankan kembali masalah ini demi keamanan dan keselamatan semua orang, terutama untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan.

Staff The St. Moritz Property Management memiliki hak penuh untuk tidak memperbolehkan tamu dan orang tidak dikenal untuk naik ke unit manapun.
Jika Anda memiliki staff rumah tangga (supir atau asisten rumah tangga) yang sering keluar masuk unit Anda, Anda dapat mendaftarkan mereka ke meja Customer Service kami di masing-masing lobby gedung Anda untuk mendapatkan Maid atau Driver Card.

Mengingat pentingnya masalah ini, kami meminta kerjasama dari seluruh penghuni.
